Nurture your child’s love of cake decorating!
Every day you will learn new skills and be “hands-on” decorating a differently themed cake to take home at the end of the day. Popular techniques such as cake sculpting, piping, working with buttercream and creating fondant decorations will be taught throughout the week. Spark your imagination and let your creativity take over.
No experience or equipment necessary.

9:00-9:15am – camper arrival and introduction of “cake of the day”
9:15am – “hands-on” how to instructions (carve, fill, stack and crumb coat cake)
10:15am - design and decorate cake board (this is the base you place your cake on)
11:00am – learn how to work with colour gum paste to create fruit and pats of butter
12:00pm - outdoor picnic lunch at Music Garden (weather permitting)
1:00pm – learn painting techniques to decorate your stack of pancakes – get creative!
2:00pm – secure cake on decorated board, add finishing details, learn how to pipe a message on an edible plaque
3:00pm – tidy up
3:30pm – show off your creation at pick up
